Warning: Kateʻs song for this weekʻs Little Red Wagon inspiration may stay in your mind on repeat for a while. At least it did with me. Uptown Girl is one of my favorite Billy Joel songs. Kate wants to see our creations that embody this song. That might mean including something feminine, glamerous, fashion related. She would even like seeing fancy trim of some sort to meet the challenge.
I knew right away I wanted to dust off my Stamping Bella stamps. After some consideration, I decided on Uptown Girl Marcella goes to the Masquerade. After all it has the word Uptown Girl in the name, right?
She was colored up with some of my few remaining Copic markers. The gem heart stickers are probably just a few years older than my daughter (sheʻs 32) and the paper is from my stash.
We would love to have you join us here this week!
Thanks so much for stopping by and even more for taking the time to leave a comment.
Aloha,
Brenda
