Little Red Wagon Challenge #*42 - Keep It Simple

Itʻs time for a new Little Red Wagon Challenge.  Imke is the featured Girlfriend and she is continuing with her ABC challenges.  This week the letter is K and so she wants us to keep it simple, after all, she is kinda the Queen of CAS!

I die cut a sunrise/sunset and mounted it on a watercolored background leaving a border and then placed that on a card blank.  I donʻt know where the die came from, but the sentiment, which is particularly apropos for me and many others in the US, is from Picket Fence Studios.  I love it and so pray that it is true, sooner rather than later.  Pretty simple, right?

We hope you will join us this week.  Check out what the Girlfriends have created for some inspiration!

Aloha,

Brenda

PS - Itʻs been awhile since I have shown any pictures of my buddy, Koa.  He went on a hike to watch the whales and had such a great time.  Look at that smile.  He is one of my reasons for believing it will be OK.

  4. Such a beautiful card, Brenda! I love the sunset die-cut and how you did the background behind it (really, just so stunning!). And as to your sentiment...I couldn't agree more. Although, I daresay I have to remind myself of this a lot lately. Koa is sooooo cute!!! He's a morale booster indeed!!!
