Challenge #816 - Honky Cat

 

There is a new challenge up at Little Red Wagon Challenge.  Dear Kate is continuing her Elton John inspired challenges with Honky Cat being the inspiration this week.  She is opening the challenge up a bit though, so you can use any type of house pet including cats, dogs, rodents, fish, birds, even exotic pets will do.

My card is rather tame, using a new digi I purchased over at Vera Lane Studio.  This one is called Doodle Love which I can totally relate to.  I kept the card very simple, using a die from the now closed Little Inkers😒.  The sentiment is included with the digi.  I simply printed it, cut it up and matted it to cardstock and then the card.  The image was colored with some new, very inexpensive colored pencils from Amazon.  I think I paid under $9 for 72 colors and I really did like their look and feel.
