New week, new challenge. This week, Janice is up to bat and she wants us to "Make It Sew". Translated, she wants to see some sort of stitching on your projects. The stitching can be faux such as die cut or hand marked stitches or maybe you have some designer paper with stitching on it. Then, you could always use real stitching, hand or machine which is what Iʻve used.
This is another project I made awhile back. Iʻm pretty sure the inspiration was provided by Crafty By Toni over on YouTube. As you can see, there is sewing machine stitching on most of the tags and they embossed notebook in the back pocket.
We hope youʻll come visit us over at Little Red Wagon this week. Be sure to check out the goodies the Girlfriends have created for you.
Thanks so much for checking in with me this week. I really do appreciate your comments. Here are a couple more pics of the portfolio I created with mostly leftovers.
Aloha,
Brenda
Itʻs not a great picture, but for those of you interested hereʻs a peek at our new kitchen. Iʻm not much of a cook, but I will enjoy eating at the new island.
WOW!! That kitchen looks fabulous - even if you're just eating toast at the island. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd what a lovely tag keeper! The details are all so gorgeous - as is the stitching!
I want that kitchen, I love your stitched tags with the numbers and layers and portfolio, but I want that kitchen and I would just sit there and drink coffee at that island..fabulous Brenda.
