Little Red Wagon #764 - Something You Love


Janice is our hostess this week over at Little Red Wagon.  Her theme this week is "Something You Love".  What a great challenge, there are so many ways you could go with this.  A color you love, a technique you love, a person you love...I could go on and on.

I decided to go with a technique I love which is no secret, heat embossing. I love the magic when the powder melts to give us that lovely or grungy look. You can see my embossing using the Tim Holtz embossing glaze in the backgrounds. I love how subtle it is. I guess I could also add in the fact that I love making junk journals and all the stuffings which is what you see here. So much fun!

    Beautiful tags Brenda, love the texture with heat embossing and the shine, love the photos here all ready for your junk journal, I have made one too, actually I've made three only ever showed one..

    I like your vintage tags and they are perfect for your junk journal. I am not good with vintage things - but i like the look. Good job !
