This fold is called a Z Fold Pop Up Block card. I saw this on the queen of fancy folds blog, Carol the Crafty Stamper. I couldn't wait to try it myself and has become my current favorite because it has such texture, yet folds flat for posting. The top picture shows it flat and in the bottom pic it is popped up. I was so happy to find patterned paper scraps to finish it off.
