I had the pleasure of using one of our sponsor's images that is absolutely perfect for this challenge. It's called "Happy Meow Year" and it's just so cute. I used a pre-colored option. I printed it 3 times and then fussy cut different elements to pop up to give a 3D effect. I also stamped the year on the little note to the left.
