Boos and Hoots and Happy Halloween

 I have another Halloween card using Hoot Hoot Halloween from The Cat's Pajamas.  In my last post I showed you a picture suggesting there would be more to come so here ya go.
  

I just love this cute little owl and I perched him on a limb created by using the tree that comes with the set.

This started with a background created with a watercolor mashup.  The moon was cut with a circle die and colored with watercolors.  The owl and tree were printed, cut and colored with Copic markers.  The owl had a bit of shine added with gold Stickles.  The sentiment was printed on vellum.

After laying every thing out, it needed something, so I added stars with silver splatter.  I kinda went overboard on the splatters, but loved that some look like shooting stars!
  

Everything was adhered as shown.  The owl and the entire panel were popped up.  To finish things off, a few Nuvo drops were added.
