Little Red Wagon #721 - Rectangle or Square

Chrissy is our challenge guru this week and she wants to know which you choose, square or rectangle?  Easy enough, right?  I chose rectangle for this challenge and honestly I usually make rectangle cards.

I made this card awhile back and decided not to use it because I couldnʻt find out whether the dies were counterfeited from branded dies.  I thought they were so cute when I received them.  I have seen them on Temu, but am still leery of them because I have seen counterfeit stamps and dies on that site.  So, here I am sharing the card without knowing, because I ran out of time.  The background was made using alcohol inks, the coral die is from Frantic Stamper and the sentiment (which I LOVE) is from Picket Fence Studios.

We would love to see your rectangles or squares this week.  Please give our challenge a go and head on over to Little Red Wagon to link up. While you're there, be sure to check out the wonderful projects the other Girlfriends have created.

Aloha,
Brenda

  2. Lovely card, Brenda! I think your sentiment may very well be true, too!!!

If I were betting on the dies, I would say that they're probably made in the same place as all the others, only one has a 'brand' and higher price tag than the other.

  7. Your background is fabulous!! I love that sentiment too. Always have. :)

The card is lovely, no matter where the dies are from. I'll have to look into counterfeit dies as it's not something I've heard of before. For what it's worth, I don't think it would be worth somebody's time to copy and produce crafting dies - although who knows!
