Time for a new Little Red Wagon Challenge with Doni at the helm! This week she has chosen "Boys will be Boys" which means she wants to see our masculine makes. It doesnʻt have to be a card, we would love to see art journal pages, ATCs, bookmarks, scrapbook pages...any of you masculine paper crafts will warm our hearts.
For my card, I was thrilled to use a NBUS stamped that was gifted to me, as well as scraps from my left over bin and some stars that are probably 20 years old! Still working on my pencil work, so I used Prismacolor pencils (Iʻm trying Janice!). The sentiment is from an older Simon Says Stamp set that actually has been used before.
I have some exciting news! We finally got a puppy! Not a great combination when recovering from the COVID fatigue, but he is so worth it. His name is Koa and he is a Bordoodle (border collie/poodle), he definitely herds like a Border Collie, but he sure looks more like a poodle. My good friend adopted his brother, Kakea, who pulls more of the Border Collie. Here is their reunion on Monday. Once they figured out who they were, they were typical siblings:
Boys will be boys!
This is Koa:
OK, Iʻm sure you will be seeing more of him, but back to business. You know the drill now, right? Head on over to Little Red Wagon and share your creations with us on the linky. If you need a little inspiration, you know the Girlfriends never disappoint and are there to help you out.
Thanks so much for indulging me. Hope you are having a wonderful week and are staying safe.
Aloha,
Brenda

Your dude card is almost as cute as Koa!
ReplyDeleteHi Brenda, just popped over to thank you for the lovely comment you left on my blog, much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteYour tag in the post above is gorgeous- a lovely girly creation, but scrolling down these adorable pups caught my eye! It's such a pleasure to see puppies/dogs playing together, these boys are going to have so much fun. Border Collie/poodle sounds like a great mix - they'll be full of energy and fun, probably very intelligent and quick to learn too! Yes, puppies are hard work while you're training them but so worth the effort.
A fabulous design on your masculine card- love the image and colouring with pencils.
