Hey there everyone! I hope you are having a great start to summer (as least in the Northern Hemisphere). Iʻm the challenge picker over at Little Red Wagon this week. With that in mind, I would love to see your projects that ʻLet the Sunshineʻ which means I want to see a sun on your card or journal page or bookmark, any paper craft you wish.
This little Birdbrain, from the now closed From the Heart Stamps, is dreaming of sunshine, while catching a few rays. The card design was inspired by one I saw from Alice Huang. I love the way she uses small bits of paper in her designs.

ReplyDeleteI loved the bird brain stamps and have quite a few myself (sigh). This one is super cute. I love how he's dreaming of the sun. Great coloring here, Brenda, both the image and your paper choices. And yep, that's an awesome design! A nice way to use up small bits of paper (and goodness knows I have a lot of those around).
