CRAFT Challenge #663 - New

It's time for the first CRAFT Challenge of 2023!  We would love for you to join us in creating something with the theme New.  There are so many ways to go here.  You might choose new baby, new job, new year to name a few ideas.  I decided to go with new home home.

I made a "new home" tag to put on a house warming gift for a friend moving into a newly remodeled home.  I made the tag with a great cutting file kindly provided by our sponsor.  The file, Shaker Card Templates and Cutting Files, provides you with 13 fun options, but you do have the option of purchasing the individual files also.  I printed my sentiment on my computer and added die cuts from Frantic Stamper.
