More New Release from Frantic Stamper

I have 3 more cards to share with you that feature stamps and dies from the Frantic Stamper April release.  I really can't say enough about this release.  I just love they way they suit different styles, from CAS to frilly and detailed.

The first card features the following dies from the new release - Slimline Heart Border (FRA-DIE-10962), You Lift Me Up Word Set (FRA-DIE-10963), Lacy Ornate Frame (FRA-DIE-10973).  Previous release dies include Bluebells (FRA-DIE-10952), Floral Lace Heart (FRA-DIE-10549).

It started with a slimline base of 8 1/2" x 3 1/2".  I die cut the heartline, the heart, the flowers and the base for the sentiment and the sentiment.  The flowers were cut from watercolor paper and the image was watercolored with Altenew pan watercolors.  A piece of vellum was handcut to back the filagree heart.  the heart line was glued to the base as shown above, the flower was glued to the heart which was glued to the base as shown.  The sentiment was glued to the vellum oval and the oval was glued to the front by placing small dots of glue behind the words.

The next card uses - Swallowtail Butterfly (FRA-DIE-10970) from the new release and Elementals #22 - Lovely Labels (FRA-DIE-10970) from the January release.  I think this is one of my favorite cards.

It started with an A2 blank and beautiful papers (Paper Boutique Pink Paradise Collection and The Paper Tree Boho Bouquets Collection) glued on top.  All the die cutting was done next.  The butterfly was die cut twice, once from a solid and once with a dotty paper and the inlaid technique was used to created the above look.  The filagree frame was glued to the base and the solid stitched ovalesque piece was popped up on foam tape and adhered.  The butterfly was also backed with foam tape and placed in the center of the oval.  The sentiment was stamped and then die cut using my favorite stitched double fishtail labels (FRA-DIE-09735) and adhered on top.

The third card has a vintage feel and uses the following stamps and dies - Magnolia Branch (FRA-DIE-10961), Lacy Ornate Frame (FRA-DIE-10973) and Positive Vibes clear stamp set (FRA-CL-169).

The lacy frame is what set the tone for me.  The black A2 card blank was fronted with vintage looking paper from my stash.  The frame was die cut and positioned in the center of the card.  The magnolia was die cut from watercolor paper and colored with Altenew pan watercolors.  This was popped up with thin foam and adhered to the frame.  The sentiment was stamped, and backed with a black hand cut frame.

I hope something has sparked your creativity.  Being able to send positive, uplifting cards during this pandemic has been a great way to keep in touch with friends and family.

Thanks for popping in.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Aloha,

Brenda
