I'm popping in with a couple of cards I made using Frantic Stamper's January release dies. This first card using the following stamps and dies from several releases. I had such fun creating this "scrub top" with different dies.
Stamps and dies used include: Nurses Gear (FRA-DIE-10942), Cascading Hearts (FRA-DIE-10533), Brooklyn Alphabet (FRA-DIE-10415), Reverse Cut Autumn Words (FRA-DIE-10692), T-Shirt (FRA-DIE-10430), Shake this Bug stamp set (FRA-CL-167).
This card started with an A2 off white card blank with a background panel adhered to it. I die cut the "scrub top" by cutting the T-Shirt from blue cardstock. the V was cut using the V from Brooklyn Alphabet and the RN was die cut from the Reverse Cut Autumn Words and glued to the pocket. I glued a red scrap at the bottom of V as shone above. Next I cut the Nurses Gear and adhered it as shown. The stethoscope was made with red cardstock scraps and some aluminum tape scraps. The hat (wow, talk about a throw back!), and thermometer were die cut and assembled and popped up on foam tape. Last of all the sentiment was stamped, little hearts from Cascading Hearts were adhered to it and it was popped up as shown above.
This card also started with an A2 off white card blank with a background panel adhered to it. The background panel was machine stitched around the edge. All the die cutting was done and the hat was assembled. The sentiment was stamped as were the cute little tiny bandages. The bandages were fussy cut and the card was assembled and adhered as shown above. The hat was popped up on foam tape.
The last card was another fun one to make. The following stamps and dies were used: Nurses Gear (FRA-DIE-10942), Tile Pattern Card Panel (FRA-DIE-10935), Shake this Bug clear stamp set (FRA-CL-167). This card started with an A2 red card blank with a black background panel adhered to it. I used my silicon mat to get the impression of the Tile Pattern Card Panel (it prevents the cutting and leaves an embossed type impression). Next I die cut the "nurses gear". The stethoscope was cut from cardstock and aluminum tape. The nurses had was cut and assembled with a little shadowing created with Copic Markers. The "pills" were also colored with Copic Markers. It was assembled as shown above and the sentiment was stamped with a stamp positioner.
Well, that's it for today. I do hope you will stop by the Frantic Stampers store to check out the entire January release. Remember, Fran carries a super wide variety of crafting necessaries in a number that grows every day. She really is my go to supplier for all thing crafty.
