Frantic Stamper - Favorite Pets

This month, the Frantic Stamper release is called Favorite Pets and it's perfect for those of us who love our pets.  My cards today feature cats and dogs.

The first card uses from this release, Cute Cat in a Box (FRA-DIE-10784) and My Cat's Stuff (FRA-DIE-10796) as well as Cat's Meow (FRA-CL-019) from a previous release.  

The little scene was set by cutting "wallpaper" and "flooring" from design paper.  The cat, cat bed, food bowl and fish bones were cut from cardstock and arranged as above.  A small fabric scrap made the kitty's bed even more cozy.  The sentiment was stamped using a stamp positioned and VersaFine onyx black ink.

The next card is for the dog lovers in the group.  This card uses Cute Dog in a Bed (FRA-DIE-10795), Stitched Paw Print Background (FRA-DIE-10789), Dog Happiness (FRA-CL-148) and Love Stamps (FRA-CL-141).

This card started by using the  Stitched Paw Print Background (I LOVE these dies!) on a piece of white cardstock and then stamped it using the heart stamp from Love Stamps.  This was layered on a card blank.  The bed and darling pup were cut from cardstock and positioned as shown above.  The sentiment was stamped with VersaFine onyx black ink, a bow was tied using buttonhole twist and it was adhered as shown above.
