Little Red Wagon #538 - Balloon Time

It's Wednesday again which means we have a new Little Red Wagon challenge for you. This week Doni is our hostess and she is challenging us to use a balloon.

Here's what happened for me this week. I got this little Stampin' Up! stamp set last year at a local charity shop. I was so happy to be able to use him -
