We are off to a fresh start with a new TCP Tuesday Challenge over at The Cat's Pajamas. This month our challenge is Spring Forward -
To make this card, I did a partial die cut using the Spring Tree Duo stitched circle into a white cardstock panel. The little fox and his birdie friend were colored with Copic markers (fox E35, 37, 39, W00, 01, 03, bird E07, 08, 55, 57, grass G61, 63, 67). The tree part of the die was cut again from brown cardstock. The leaves were created with Nuvo drops. A circle was cut from green cardstock and layered onto the brown tree and the white card was layered on top. The entire panel was popped up on foam tape and layered onto a card base with a piece of blue cardstock placed behind the tree. The sentiment was stamped using a stamp positioner.
There are so many wonderful TCP images that would work well for this challenge, I had a hard time deciding what to use. I ended up using one of my favorite stamp sets, For Fox Sake, along with The Year of the Pig, Special Delivery and Spring Tree Duo. Here's what happened -
Be sure to visit The Cat's Pajamas blog to see the creations the Cat Pack had created. Hopefully you will be inspired to join in for a chance to win a $50 gift voucher from TCP. Remember, you don't have to use TCP products, but if you have them, we would sure love to see them!
Aloha,
