Gnomes!

The month is fast coming to and end and I have a few cards left showcasing the November release from Frantic Stamper.  The first card gives you a peek at the gnomes themselves -

Aren't they just the cutest?  I just love his hair!  The card features several of the dies from the release: Folksy Gnome (FRA-DIE-10732), Smitten with a Mitten (FRA-DIE-10730), Jumbo Ornate Snowflake (FRA-DIE-10729), 8 Tiny Tags (FRA-DIE-10734) and Great Big Winter Tags (FRA-DIE-10529) from a previous release.  The tag was stamped with Tiny Tags (FRA-CL-140).

The card was created with just die cutting and stamping.  The card base is off white, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" with a design paper panel layered on top.  The snowflakes were cut from white cardstock and glued to the DP panel.  The gnomes were cut and pieced together and popped up on the snowflakes.  The tiny tags were cut and the sentiment stamped with VersaFine onyx black.  A piece of jute was tied with the tags and a jingle bell all as shown above.

This next card gives you a look at their sweet little home, all decorated for Christmas -

Dies used for this card include Gnome Home (FRA-DIE-10733), Forest Tree Line (FRA-DIE-10531), Tiny Tags (FRA-DIE-10734), Snowfall stencil (FRA-STN-34) and Tiny Tags stamps (FRA-CL-140).

This card started with a circle base.  The white circle is actually where the card opens.  This was cut from a piece of cardstock that I had stenciled the "snow" onto using Cosmic Shimmer Frosty Sparkle Glitter Kiss.  A bit of blue craft chalk was added to the sky.  The tree line was cut and a bit of the Glitter Kiss was added to them also.  The gnome house was diecut and paper pieced as shown above.  A bit of brown chalk was added for shading.  The tree line was positioned on the stenciled background and cut with a circle die.  The tiny tag was cut, stamped and tied to the card with a piece of twine. The house was popped up on foam tape and added to the scene.  Nuvo drops were added to the holly and the light strings for a little extra fun.

I pray everyone in the US had a peaceful Thanksgiving.  If you are heading out for Black Friday, be safe!

Thanks for taking a peek today.

Aloha,
Brenda
