More Halloween

The month is fast approaching the end and I still have lots to show you from the Frantic Stamper August release.  Today's theme is skeletons, here are my cards.

This card features the following dies from the Autumn Splendor release; Skull Candle (FRA-DIE-10680) and Reverse Cut Halloween Words (FRA-DIE-10684).  I also used Roman Clock (FRA-DIE-10635), Deckled & Torn Edgers (FRA-DIE-10481) Nested Tags 2 (FRA-DIE-10101) from previous releases -

This one started with a black card base and design papers from Haunted by American Crafts.  The argyle panel was cut 4' x 5 1/4" and a band 2 1/2" wide was washi taped to the center of the panel.  A piece of kraft cardstock was cut using the deckled edger and adhered to the base on 3 sides to allow a spot for tucking a tag.  The clock was cut and VersaMark ink was added so the Chunky Rust and Wrought Iron Emerald Creek embossing powder could be added.  If you haven't tried this stuff, and you like heat embossing, you are missing out!  Last of all the skeleton and the sentiment were cut, glued together and chalked with craft chalk.  I loved making this one!

The next creation was made just because, but I'm thinking I may add it to a Halloween wreath I have in the making.

Skull Candle (FRA-DIE-10680) from this release was used and Inverted Scalloped circles (FRA-DIE-10650) and Scalloped Circles (FRA-DIE-10649) from previous releases were used.

The rosette was created by scoring in 1/2" increments 2 strips of paper 12" long by 2" wide.  That was fan folded and glued together to form the rosette.

The skull and the circles were cut, the skeleton was chalked.  All the pieces were adhered together and then glued to the center of the rosette.  The ribbon was glued to the back and the covered with a 2 1/4 circle to neaten thing up.  Here's a closer look -

Thanks so much to everyone for stopping by.  If you have questions, please ask, I'm really not much good a writing directions.

Aloha,
Brenda
