The Cat's Pajamas Sneaky Peek #2

Welcome to day 2 of The Cat's Pajamas Sneaky Peek Week!  Throughout the week we will be sharing with you 7 new stamp sets, 5 die sets, 2 STENCILZ!, new sequins and the Big Beautiful Blending Brush in this release. All the new products will be available for purchase on its sneak peek day if you can't wait.  Believe me, it's going to be tough but if you can wait there will be  special discounts of sets on release day, July 29. 

Summer is almost over, but today's stamp set and matching die will have you reliving the fun of it over and over.  Our favorite bunny is the star of today's set, FLIPPIN' AWESOME and BARBECUE CutUps.

Barbecue

Here's my card illustrating a celebration of Summer that goes on often at our house -

To create this card the images were stamped on Neenah cardstock, cut out using the Barbecue dies and then colored with Copic markers.  A white jelly roll highlight was added to his nose and his eyes were enhanced with a black Glaze pen.  The sentiment was stamped on design paper, cut to 1 7/8" and matted.  The circle frame was cut using Spring Tree Duo Die and a circle die and then backed with design paper.  Panels of design paper were cut 3" x 4 1/4" and 1 1/2" x 4 3/4" and matted on red cardstock leaving a 1/4" border.  A red card base was layered with a 4' x 5 1/4" design paper panel.  The other layers were added using the center of the card as a guide.  Bunny was dressed with the necessary grilling tools and popped up on the circle.  Last of all the fun sentiment was added with a pop up.
