I placed a smoosched watercolor blob on Tim Holtz watercolor paper, splattered it with the same color and dried it with a heat gun. The bunny was cut from Fun Foam to add dimension without taking the time to glue layers together. There were positioned on the ink blob with the cute little baskets and carrots from the same die set. Th sentiment was stamped using a MISTI and a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins were strategically placed around the sentiment. Easy peasy, right?
This is another fast and easy card featuring the Egg Carton Bunny die (FRA-DIE-10608), the clear stamps set, Eggstra Happy Easter (FRA-CL-124) and one of my favorite stencils, Stitched Quilt (FRA-STN-025). The little eggs are from Egg Carton Eggs and Chicks (FRA-DIE-10607).
I started by stenciling the "Stitched Quilt" with distress oxide ink...I think it was Picked Raspberry. I die cut the little rabbit and eggs from colored cardstock scraps. A rounded square was cut from watercolor paper using Stitched Rounded Squares (FRA-DIE-10232) from a previous release. The square was a leftover from a previous creative adventure. The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed using VersaFine onyx black ink. The stenciled background was adhered to the base card and the sentiment, eggs and bunny were adhered to the background. Final touches were added by putting a pompom tail on the bunny, adding a few sequins and a bow tied from button thread.
