Beautiful Peacocks

Today I am sharing cards made with 2 more of my favorite dies from the December Frantic Stamper release.  Some might question my sanity when you see all the inlaid die work, but honestly it was no hassle at all.  Both these cards went to gather quick and easy once I chose my papers.

This first card features Pearched Peacock Card Panel (FRA-DIE-10581) -

The background was made using alcohol ink on glossy card stock, the other papers were from my scrap stash.  The gold frame is more washi paper from my stash and I thought the tiny drops of Nuvo Bright Gold Crystal drops were the perfect embellishment.

This second card features Vertical Peacock Strip (FRA-DIE-10582) -

As you can see the first card, I didn't hesitate to do another inlaid die card.  The panel was completed with more scraps and laid on a frame of beautiful gold papers that came in a bag of washi scraps.  The card base was embossed and gold paint was spattered for some additional interest.  The dots on the peacock were made with golden rod Stickles.

Thanks for visiting.  To see the DT creations you can visit the Facebook page or the FS store.

Aloha,
Brenda
