Little Miss Muffet Challenge # 195

There's a new release and a new Anything Goes challenge over at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  We have another Polka Dot Pal for you, his name is Joshua.  I also used the digital Polka Dot Pals add-on faces to give him even more character.
