TCP Sneaky Peek Day 4

You probably already know, there is a new release at The Cat's Pajamas.  We are peeking 3 stamp sets, 4 dies and 2 new Cutables.  Nancy, Wendy and Julie already shared their brilliant creations, be sure to check them out if you haven't already.

September 12  is the day to get your little kitty cat paws on these wonderful goodies.  Until then, how about creating something for TCP Tuesday #339.  We are challenging you to make something featuring a Fall or Winter Holiday.  For all the details, check out the TCP blog

Here's my challenge project -

I decided to use the new Cracker and Box Cutable (and Season's Greetings CutUps).  This is a great cut file which allows you to make both a Cracker and a Cracker box.  By  just changing the papers this will be perfect for any holiday. It's one of two Cutables that will be available on Release Day.  Check out the video here -

If it's Halloween you want, you'll love the new stamp set Creep It Real.  The sentiments in this set are the best and of course our favorite Bunny is looking so good!

For this card I used Winter Style to stamp the stars on a Distress Ink background.  The moon was made using Framed Up 2 and Watercolor Basics.  It was colored with Distress Oxides, stamped and splattered with water.  I love this sentiment!

These tags were made using Christmas Cookies stamps and dies -

The tags were cut with the Holiday Tag Duo Die CutUps.  The reindeer were mounted on the dry embossed tags, easy peasy, great for the guys.  The Christmas Tree tag was stamped using Watercolor  Basics and a sentiment from Santa is Coming.  For this tag, the tree was cut and foiled using toner sheets.  The dove is my favorite.  It was stamped with Watercolor Basics and heat embossed so it has a beautiful luster IRL.   The dove was cut and foiled (iridescent) and the sentiment from Winter Style was stamped and heat embossed.  All of the tags got a little heat distressed organza ribbon topping.

Last off is a card made using Big Holiday Words and Christmas Cookies stamps and dies -

When I saw this beard, it screamed chalkboard to me.  I used Distress Oxide inks  to stamp HO HO HO.  Other stamps used are holly from J*lly H*liday and dots from Big Blooms.

Whew!! Now it's back to you. Simply leave a comment on the featured designer's blog for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate to the TCP store.  For an additional chance to win you can leave a comment on my Instagram account @brendanh50. Winners will be announced on The Cat's Pajamas Blog and Facebook page each day.  I'm signing off with a reminder to check out Michelle's blog tomorrow, I know you are going to be inspired.

Aloha,
Brenda
