Here's my creation using Wilma Witch from Sandra Caldwell's Babycakes Designs -
I'm not sure how I ran across Sandra's design's, but I'm surely glad I did. They are so whimsical and fun to color, I just love them! The digital papers I used just seemed so perfect for this challenge. They are from the Nitwits Collection.
