Janice is up with hostess duties over at Little Red Wagon. This week she is saying "Layer Upon Layer" which means she is looking for at least 3 layers on your project.
I definitely count 4 layers on this card, and if you add in the snowflakes thereʻs 5. I used a gifted stamp from Art Impressions, itʻs such a fun image with those cute penguins. It was fast and fun to color up. Another card for my Christmas stash!
