Our girl Kate has a new challenge for us over at Little Red Wagon. Today she has us singing "Strawberry Fields" and has us creating a card (or art journal, ATG, bookmark...) that runs a fruit or farm theme.
Speaking of pineapples, look at this one in our yard -
Honestly, now that I am looking, the bird of paradise behind it really needs to be cleaned up. The thing about the pineapple are all those little sprouts just below the fruit. I'm not a pineapple expert, but I have never seen anything quite like this. It's still small, probably 4 inches in diameter. I'll let you know how it taste in a month or so.
Anyway, you are definitely going to want to visit the Girlfriends for inspiration (and to hear the next chapter of Janice's craft room adventure, I'm hoping we get an update). As I said above, you can enter with paper crafts besides cards. We would love to have you join us this week at Little Red Wagon.
Aloha,
Brenda
Stunning card, I love the rustic feel to it. How amazing that you have a pineapple growing in your yard. The sprouts look like they could turn into more pineapples.
