Sneaky Peek Day 2

It's Sneaky Peek day 2 of The Cat's Pajamas September release. As I mentioned yesterday, we have 4 stamp sets, 8 die sets (2 coordinate with stamps sets) and 1 stencil to share with you over the week. Today we are featuring another one of my favorites, Follow Your Arrow.

I love these sweet little animals. These sentiments are perfect for so many occasions and there are those mushrooms again!  LOVE THEM!  I thought the Lacy Arrows CutUps from a previous release would pair  perfectly with this set.  See what you think -

Look at the sweet little bear, how could I not use him?  This card went together fairly quickly.  

• It started with an A2 kraft card base that has a top fold.
• Cardstock scraps with an autumn feel were gathered.  One was a strip 4x1inches with a diagonal cut on one end.  The other strip was die cut using the RickRack CutUps (sorry, I can't find the link).
• A tea stained doily was cut in 1/2 and laid aside.
• 4 cardstock arrows were die cut using Lacy Arrows CutUps.
• The image was stamped on Bristol paper and colored with distress reinkers.  
• I fussy cut this cutie, but don't forget the free Cutables cutting file available here.
• The sentiment was stamped on the card base using a stamp positioner.
• The ends of 2 arrows were trimmed and glued to a piece of thin twine and tied to the top of the card base. 
• The paper strips and doily were positioned and glued in place.
• 2 of the arrows were glued to the bear image and the entire piece was popped up on foam tape and placed on the card as shown above.
• Last of all the heart on the sentiment was colored in with Prismacolor pencils.
