Sketch Saturday #554

Happy Saturday and welcome to a new Sketch Saturday sketch.  

Here is sketch #554 by Heather -

This week I flipped the sketch on it's side to show off Happy Doggy kindly provided by our generous sponsor, Fabrika Fantasy -

I used bright, happy papers from Echo Park's Sweet Summertime paper pad.  The rectangle shape was cut with a paper trimmer and the shape behind the doggy was cut using the Elegant Rectangle Stax from My Favorite Things.  The doggy was colored with Copic markers and a piece of thread was added to replace the balloons original string which was just to hard to fussy cut nicely.  Finally the sentiment (not sure o its origin) was stamped with VersaFine Satin Red from a speech bubble die by Clearly Besotted.  Before arranging on the cardstock base, a strip of narrow washi was placed on a wider strip and this was added to the base design paper.  The rest of the card was then assembled using an ATG.  The image and the speech bubble were popped up just a bit to add interest.
