I have loved ribbon for a very long time.  I love the color, the texture, the fun and/or the elegance it can add to a project.  I am really loving shabby ribbon right now that I have created by blasting organza with just a little hit from my heat gun. it's so fun to see how it turns out.  Honestly, I love flowers too but I find them a bit more challenging to work with.
