Holiday Snow Glow

I saw a card by Karin Akesdotter (BTW, she's amazing!) and knew I wanted to try to create my own take with goodies I have on hand.  The step by step was clear in my head, but executing it was an entirely different deal.  I just learned a new word from one of my TTT teamies, numpty...this is exactly how I felt.  I kept messing stuff up, things as ridiculous as cutting my "snow" and using it instead of a mask when I did the sky.  I could go on and on with the numpty things I did before ending up with this:

I do have to say, I am happy with the way it turned out.  I am entering it in the following challenges:
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge
Simon Says Monday Challenge-Holiday Cards
Stamp and Create Challenge-Christmas
Christmas Card Challenges-Challenge #53-Anything Goes
The Cat's Pajamas-Winter Blog Hop
Christmas Stampin' All Year Long-DT Call

Thanks ever so much for stopping by.  I know this time of year your time is even more precious!  Hoping your weekend is full of all that you love!

Aloha,
Brenda

    1. Hi Kim, thanks for stopping by! The snow is Stampendous Frantage shabby white embossing enamel. I sprinkled it on and then heated from the underside of the paper. I love this stuff! It comes in many colors including metallics.
