The background was created by wetting the watercolor paper with water in a random pattern.  The I added the light blue, let it dry and then added the darker blue.  I really feel watercolor is a good exercise in letting go.  I love playing with medium!

After I stopped giggling at this card with it's fun image and sentiment I had to take some time to admire your fab inky background, which looks amazing. Then I was giggling again because of the googly eyes...love 'em!
